What You Can Expect Working in the Commercial Associate Position
The Commercial Associate supports both transaction management and development outreach efforts within LANGE Developments. This role is responsible for managing commercial real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. In addition, the associate proactively generates new business through cold calling and development prospecting, contributing to lead generation and overall brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Drafts, reviews, and processes contracts and documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Coordinates inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing activities.
- Maintains compliance with all relevant laws, MLS rules, and brokerage policies.
- Manages and accurately report transaction data and client interactions in the CRM (Odoo).
- Conducts outreach to identify new development opportunities, including cold calling with weekly call metrics.
- Contributes to marketing efforts to promote listings and grow the LANGE Developments brand.
- Engages in ongoing professional development and represent the brokerage with integrity
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years in commercial real estate, investment sales, or related advisory service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Active Real Estate License (Broker or Salesperson, depending on state requirements).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Proficient in MLS, CRM, and marketing tools.
- Prior real estate or sales experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in Odoo
