The Pod Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining connections among the team and orchestrating the employee experience - from culture-building events and celebrations to recruiting and onboarding. They are passionate about supporting teams and creating remarkable experiences for our team members. They manage critical administrative functions while serving as a conduit between Pod Operations and other operational teams. Depending on the size of the office or region, they may also be required to manage other operational support roles.

People Operations & Experience
  • Provide administrative support in planning and executing a wide range of remarkable experiences for the team ranging from volunteering, social events, celebrations, retreats, to personalized gifts for teammates, fostering team member bonding and engagement in support of our culture.
  • Partner with Seattle Office Manager to leverage our events space for team and client events.
  • Support Pod Operations team and Managing Director in facilitating weekly team and leadership meetings including setting the agenda, documenting action items, and supporting alignment between the teams and leadership.
  • Support the People Team and Business Partners with executing our performance and talent development cycle.
  • Own teammate anniversary and birthday recognition and gifting.
  • Track and ensure there is follow up and communication around any asks of the team/teammates.
  • Oversee team member movement, including seating arrangements and location assignments.
  • Support coordination of summer intern champions and contribute to creating a seamless and impactful intern experience.
  • Help coordinate new teammate seating and onboarding. 


  • Recruiting Support:
  • Partner closely with the centralized recruiting team to drive candidate sourcing, conducting initial pre-screen calls, scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
  • Partner with the centralized recruiting team to drive campus recruiting and local summer intern hiring.


  • Administrative & Scheduling Support
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for team travel and retreats.
  • Assist the Managing Director and Business Partners with scheduling team and people related meetings/events.
  • Partner with the Pod Operations Team to ensure appropriate staffing during Client Service peak periods.
  • Manage HRIS on behalf of the pods they support, including PTO requests, expense tracking and approval, T&E, and spot bonuses, nonexempt timecard review and approval, and provide monthly/quarterly budget reports to Regional Managing Director.


  • Your Experience
  • This role is an in-office, full-time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with lots of flexibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4 - 6+ years of professional work experience in people operations; financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Organizational Skills - Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Time Management - Plan and organize time for self and others efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines. 
  • Takes Initiative - Think and proactively plan and work ahead while being responsive to competing demands and shifting priorities. Able to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions or proposals. 
  • Attention to Detail - Thoroughly and accurately manage information and tasks while minimizing errors.
  • Communication Skills - Communicate written and verbal information with precision, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Confidentiality - Show discretion, ensure secure handling of sensitive information and maintain high standards of privacy and trust.


  • Compensation:
  • Pay:  Pay: $80,000 - $105,00 per year
