Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the senior management team to refine and strengthen the Simmons Gainsford brand.
- Champion the brand internally and externally, ensuring all communications reflect our values and market position.
- Collaborate with heads of department to implement the current marketing strategy, driving key growth through tailored tactics, while also shaping the development of next year’s strategy.
- Oversee website performance and digital marketing initiatives in partnership with our digital agency.
- Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns, providing clear performance reports.
- Manage social media platforms to boost engagement and enhance Simmons Gainsford’s profile.
- Raise Simmons Gainsford’s visibility by identifying and participating in relevant industry awards and events.
- Create thought leadership content, including blogs and articles.
- Plan and execute a programme of client and industry events.
- Work closely with service lines to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Support bid, pitch, and tender processes by developing compelling collateral and tailored presentations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, attending networking events, client functions, and business development activities to support our profile and growth.
- Support service lines in delivering successful bid and tender processes for new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external PR agencies, from campaign planning and briefing to performance evaluation.
- Work with design agencies to develop creative assets and marketing communications.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth marketing and business development operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Demonstrable experience of marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong project management and organisational skills – able to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- A strong grasp of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across digital and offline channels.
- A proactive and commercial mindset – always looking for ways to add value and contribute to growth
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence all levels.
