If this sounds like you, we want you on our growing sales team at Service Express.

We provide industry-leading third-party maintenance (TPM) solutions that help companies lower IT costs, reduce risk, and increase control of their data center infrastructure. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint with small to mid-sized corporate customers, helping them solve real business challenges.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, contacting, and engaging prospective customers within your assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, virtual presentations, and deal closure.
  • Educate customers on our service offerings and the value of third-party maintenance solutions.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, social media engagement, networking, and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — from technical experts to leadership — to ensure seamless and strategic customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed CRM activity, forecast pipeline accurately, and report on results regularly
  • Approximately 25% travel, primarily for in-person customer meetings, team collaboration, and occasional company events.

 

What We Are Looking For From You:

  • A hunter with a track record of success in prospecting and closing new business.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in a B2B or IT environment.
  • Experience managing the full sales lifecycle (prospecting through close) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident in a consultative sales approach, especially with longer or more complex sales cycles.
  • Competitive but collaborative, thriving in a team culture that shares wins and knowledge.
