Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage the service renewal process for existing service customers from sending service reminders, confirmation of service requirements, generation of quotations and ensuring receipt of customer purchase order.• Work closely with service customers by email and phone, as well as internal stakeholders including sales and service schedulers to meet customers’ requirements.• Answer basic questions about service plans. • Prepare and review monthly reports with internal stakeholders.• Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual service renewal targets.• Perform other duties as assigned.
