Provides services to customers including verifying and processing changes to accounts, selling bank services, answering customer questions, and troubleshooting customer issues. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills over the phone and through digital channels while working to resolve account issues. Customer Service Representatives must consistently follow and model VCNB Service Standards to provide the highest level of Service Excellence to customers.
▲Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls to appropriate office/person/group when necessary.
▲Provides customer with account balances, account information, payment information and other banking transactions.
▲ Monitors Compromised/Fraud Reports and contacts customers for verification.
▲ Actively promoting and cross-selling bank services using the VCNB Sales Approach.
▲ Able to efficiently handle various daily duties and troubleshooting which may include: Internet & Mobile Banking Services, Telebanc Support, Bill Pay Support, Bill Matrix Support, Document research, Deposit and ATM/Debit Card verification, Deluxe on-line check ordering.
▲Demonstrates Service Excellence in all customer interactions.
▲ All other duties as assigned
