Therapeutic Training and Support Worker Hiring Event chez Center for Human Development (CHD)

Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 10am-1pm. We are seeking Therapeutic Training and Support Workers for our Children’s behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) program. Therapeutic Training and Support Workers provide structured one-to-one skill building for youth (age 0-20), including supporting, coaching, and training in areas such as interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.

Locations include:  West Springfield, Greenfield and Ware, MA. With outreach in surrounding communities. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or better in Psychology or related field required.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Travel is required for outreach, mileage reimbursement is offered.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Pay rate starts at $27.00/hourly. This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate must have flexible availability to meet the scheduling needs of those served. (after school hours and weekends).
