Phillips Academy seeks an experienced CRM Project Manager and Administrator for a temporary, two-year assignment to lead the implementation of Salesforce for the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This position plays a vital role in supporting OAR’s fundraising, relationship-building, and engagement goals by managing a comprehensive CRM transition.
This individual will act as the primary liaison between OAR and external consultants/implementation partners—developing processes, driving execution, tracking progress, and conducting post-project evaluations. Collaboration is key, and this role will foster a cooperative, team-based approach among OAR, the Office of Information Technology (OIT), and other key stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include launching a Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance and ensuring that the CRM system supports the Academy’s long-term strategic objectives. After the Go-Live phase, the focus will shift to stabilization, training, and long-term user adoption.
This full-time, temporary position is benefits-eligible and is expected to conclude by December 2027. The CRM Project Manager and Administrator will report to the Associate Director of Reporting, Analytics, and Data, and work closely with the OAR Operations Team.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Application Administrator
- 2-4 years of experience managing projects
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with SQL/SOQL
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in an educational environment
- Experience as part of a Salesforce implementation project
- Experience with Kindsight’s ascend Salesforce solution
- PMI-certified Project Management Professional
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
