About the Role:

As a Laborer I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, preparing job sites, and operating machinery. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience operating machinery and equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Certification in operating machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
• Prepare job sites by removing debris and setting up equipment
• Operate machinery such as forklifts, backhoes, and bulldozers
• Assist with the construction of buildings, roads, and other structures
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Skills:
