At Long-Lewis, the Mobile Service Advisor serves as the central communication hub between our customers and our mobile technicians—whether the vehicle is being serviced at the customer’s home, workplace, or another off-site location.
In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for all off-site automotive service and repair matters. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery, clearly communicating repair needs, and managing customer expectations throughout the process. You'll ensure that our customers are well-informed, comfortable, and confident in the services we provide.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience every time.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership or large service facility
Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven track record in both technical and customer service roles
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stay composed and positive under pressure
Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
