What We’re Looking For

PCCA is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee both Business Development and Account Management for our Health System department. This individual will be responsible for driving new growth opportunities while ensuring long-term success and expansion of our existing health system relationships. The role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a strong focus on delivering measurable value to our clients.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to expand PCCA’s footprint within U.S. health systems.
• Build and manage a high-performing Business Development team with clear pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth metrics.
• Drive creation of value-based partnerships, strategic alliances, and innovative service offerings tailored to health systems.
• Achieve pipeline coverage and new revenue targets aligned to annual business goals.


Account Management & Client Success

• Lead the account management team to deliver outstanding client experience, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop tiered strategic account plans for top health system clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Implement a standardized engagement model for onboarding, quarterly reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Reduce churn and increase net revenue retention through proactive client success initiatives.

Strategy & Leadership

• Create a unified playbook that integrates BD and AM processes, ensuring seamless handoffs and aligned KPIs.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to develop compelling value propositions for health system clients.
• Establish executive-level relationships with health system decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide leadership coaching and career development for BD and AM managers, building a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
• Foster and continuously improve organizational culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability across teams.
• Champion cultural initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and alignment with PCCA's mission and values.


Analytics & Performance

• Design and implement dashboards to track pipeline health, revenue growth, retention, and client engagement.
• Leverage data and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Report progress regularly to executive leadership with transparency around opportunities, risks, and outcomes.

 

Who You Are

• Five years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related industries with a focus on business development, account management, or client success.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and managing strategic accounts at the health system or enterprise level.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive presence.
• Data-driven decision maker with experience using CRM and analytics platforms.
