Key Responsibilities
- Diary & Schedule Management:
- Manage and coordinate a busy, constantly evolving calendar, including meetings, events, calls, and personal appointments.
 - Prioritise commitments and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all engagements.
 
 - Email & Communication Management:
- Monitor, manage, and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO with discretion and professionalism.
 - Act as a key point of contact, handling inbound communications and drafting correspondence as needed.
 
 - Travel Coordination:
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries.
 - Anticipate logistical needs and prepare contingency plans.
 
 - Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up:
- Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and presentations.
 - Take notes, track action points, and follow up on deliverables.
 
 - Personal Assistance:
- Support the CEO with personal tasks, appointments, and projects as required to ensure seamless work-life integration.
 
 - Confidentiality & Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
 - Exercise sound judgment and decision-making on behalf of the CEO.
 
 
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a senior leader, ideally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
 - Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
 - Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
 - Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and travel management platforms.
 - High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
 - A proactive, solutions-oriented approach — able to anticipate needs before they arise.
 - Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the fast-changing demands of a growing global brand.
