This role provides the chance to work with the key stakeholders, making a direct impact on our growth and success.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Finance Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in real estate finance, with hands-on skills in underwriting, document review, and deal execution. This position offers direct involvement in all phases of the real estate development cycle, focusing luxury residential developments—across rental and for-sale sectors—and navigating complex capital structures.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Lead financial modeling and investment analysis to support acquisitions, developments, and capital transactions.

  • Manage comprehensive deal-specific underwriting and evaluate the financial feasibility of potential development sites.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including site assessments, zoning reviews, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.

  • Collaborate with lenders, equity investors, and municipal stakeholders to structure and close financing.

  • Drive and manage the financial closing process, coordinating legal, financial, and compliance documentation across internal and external teams.

  • Monitor and manage project budgets, analyze performance against pro forma, and prepare variance reporting.

  • Conduct market research and analyze economic data, comps, and zoning codes to inform underwriting assumptions and development strategy.

  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and support overall portfolio planning

Education and Experience Requirement(s):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, ideally with exposure to real estate development and financial closings involving complex capital structures.

Knowledge/Skills Requirement(s):

  • Excellent Excel skills and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of the underwriting process for real estate transactions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
