Our Tree Care team is essential to the success of our summer planting operations. These roles provide critical support to our tree planters and Crew Leaders, helping ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations in the field.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for motivated self-starters who are ready to take on a variety of tasks and contribute to a meaningful mission—growing the future, one tree at a time.
Position Type: Seasonal
Location: Field-based (various planting sites)
Salary: Minimum $1125/week (may vary based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Support Crew Leaders and planters with daily operational tasks
- Set up and manage caches for tree storage and supplies
- Deliver trees to planting sites and manage inventory of full and empty tree trays
- Water trees and monitor hydration needs in the field
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment (skidders, pumps, vehicles)
- Assist with logistical coordination and field communications
- Ensure safety and efficiency in all aspects of field operations
Qualifications
- Tree planting experience is considered a strong asset
- Valid Class 4 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality
