Job Summary
To work with the Finance Director in maximizing return on financial assets by establishing financial
policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty
satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following:
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including reporting to Board of
Directors - Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position versus
budget variance analyses - Manage and perform overhead cost analysis
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and reduce costs
- Assist in the preparation of budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and
consolidating financial data - Maintain key information and metrics that will guide decision makers
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information for senior
leadership - Perform ad hoc analysis on financial activities
- Reconcile revenue and Accounts Receivable to the general ledger
- Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or senior management
Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of related experience
- College baccalaureate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer knowledge and experience; Power user of Excel and experience with pivot
tables required. - Highest integrity in the handling of financial matters.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with competing priorities.
- Ability to remain on task and follow through projects to their completion.
- Ability to manage and report data that produces useful information for management purposes.
- Experience with NetSuite, Vena, UKG, BI Tool, and Raiser’s Edge preferred but not required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this
organization’s vehicle insurance carrier. - Ability to successfully complete background check.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at a time
Target Compensation Range (Negotiable based on Qualifications):
$64,000-$68,000/year
