Job Overview: 

We’re looking for a Partner Enablement Program Manager to help our implementation partners deliver exceptional client experiences as they migrate from legacy platforms to our next-generation products. 

This role blends technical understanding, program design, and relationship management. You’ll build and manage the enablement framework that helps partners implement our products efficiently, consistently, and with confidence. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between our internal teams and external partners — ensuring alignment, readiness, and smooth client transitions. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Design & Lead Partner Enablement Programs: Build scalable training, certification, and onboarding programs that ensure partners are technically equipped and operationally aligned. 
  • Drive Implementation Excellence: Partner with internal teams (Product, Services, Support, and Engineering) to define and continuously improve processes for customer migrations and implementations. 
  • Partner Escalations:  
  • Own Partner Readiness: Develop and maintain readiness scorecards, tracking partner progress, competencies, and implementation success metrics. 
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with partner implementation leads — offering guidance, solving problems, and connecting them to internal experts when needed. 
  • Translate Complexity: Turn technical product information and migration requirements into digestible enablement content, playbooks, and best practices. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with internal stakeholders to ensure partners have the tools, documentation, and support to deliver consistent results. 
  • Represent the Company: Serve as an extension of our brand and culture, modeling professionalism, transparency, and solution-oriented communication in every partner interaction. 
  • Other Projects as Assigned. 

Qualifications:  

  • Experience: 7–10 years in partner enablement, implementation management, or technical program management within SaaS or technology organizations. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with product implementations, data conversions, APIs, and integration workflows (no coding required, but technical fluency essential). 
  • Program Management Skills: Proven ability to design, launch, and scale partner programs or enablement initiatives. 
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing credibility and trust with partners, internal teams, and executives. 
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to use metrics and feedback to improve program performance and partner outcomes. 
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and writing skills; capable of simplifying technical and operational concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Partner implementations are completed faster, more accurately, and with fewer escalations
  • Partners describe the enablement process as clear, empowering, and collaborative
  • Internal stakeholders view you as the connector and driver for partner alignment and execution. 
  • The company achieves consistent, high-quality customer transitions through partner-led work.
