We ae looking for a results-driven individual with warehouse and supply chain experience to boost efficiently  of supply chain products in Canadian market. The Warehouse Operation Specialist is responsible for support the Canada team in the warehouse operation, while coordinating with cross-functional departments within the business units.

Job Description:

• Participate in warehousing design, establish and implement warehouse procedures, quality control processes and various indicator systems, be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations;
• Manage WMS system data for record keeping and accuracy.
• Contribute to and work with team on projects including contract preparing, documentation review, and data reporting.
• Maintain customer/client relations.
• Responsible for pricing, discount level management.
• Review overall KPI’s on a frequent basis and discuss the results with management team to evaluate the improvement opportunities and results.
• Manage warehouse and Fulfillment Centre inventory balancing customer experience, sales and storage capacity while managing to the SLA
• Manage customer fulfillment KPI’s such as in-stock, late outbound order management, customer fill rates, system lead days, etc.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly data tracking/collection and prepare KPI reports and presentation slides
• Perform other tasks as directed by management team

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
• 2-5 years experience in logistics or warehousing
• Good time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• E-commerce/supply chain knowledge is a big plus.
• BA/BS required. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
