We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to Senior Associate to join our new and highly regarded Technology, Cyber & Privacy practice working with Partners, Jason Kwan and Hamish Fraser, based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

About the work and the team

• Be part of a growth story! This team is winning new clients and expanding nationally, join these industry leading technology partners as they continue to expand their practice.

• This role is advising clients on technology procurement transactions, privacy and data related issues, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure related matters.

• You will also assist clients in navigating legal issues in a rapidly evolving privacy and cyber risk landscape, working closely with the litigation team on data breaches and subsequent litigation.

• Be front and centre on complex matters working in a close-knit team where you will be developed and encouraged to progress your career in a supportive and flexible working environment.

• We collaborate nationally and welcome applicants based in either Melbourne or Sydney. Thanks to our technology and flexible ways of working, location isn’t a barrier to being part of our team.

About you

• You will have 2+ years' experience gained at a well-regarded mid to top-tier firm.

• To be successful, you will have experience in information technology contracting, data protection and privacy, a passion for innovation and technology and a strong work ethic.
