Job Title: Will Call Warehouse Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Will Call Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure customer orders are accurately prepared, staged, and ready for pickup while delivering excellent service. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our warehouse organized, efficient, and safe in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage customer orders accurately for Will Call pickup.
- Ensure timely and efficient loading of orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
- Communicate with customers and team members to resolve order issues.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.

Physical Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
- Lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
- Push and pull objects weighing at least 20 lbs.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Bend, twist, kneel, reach, and climb ladders.
- Stock and handle large or awkwardly shaped items, including overhead placement.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major or repeated infractions).
- Ability to load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
