We’re proud of our hands-on, team-driven culture where safety, quality, and people always come first.

What You’ll Do

As a Casting Operator, you’ll be part of the team that produces the high-quality components that make our transformers reliable. You’ll set up and operate casting equipment, monitor quality, and help keep production running safely and smoothly. Additionally, you'll:

  • Operate and adjust casting equipment to meet production standards
  • Inspect finished parts and ensure quality requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
  • Record production data and help maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, foundry, or casting environment is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and safety

Work Environment

You’ll work in a hands-on environment that can be noisy and hot at times, but where safety comes first. PPE (eye and hearing protection, gloves, safety toe footwear) is required.

Requirements

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
  • Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
  • PPE: Wear the required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
  • Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
  • Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
  • Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.

Benefits

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Comprehensive health and dental coverage for employees
  • Additional benefits including life insurance, 401(k), and retirement plan
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance
  • A supportive team that values hard work, collaboration, and innovation
