Currently hiring for a Residential HVAC Service Dispatcher in Gastonia, NC. The ideal HVAC Service Dispatcher is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Pay is $18 - $24 based on skill set and level of experience

HVAC Service Dispatcher Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for residential customers, managing calls, updating records, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups
• Coordinate technician schedules, job proposals, and paperwork
• Answer incoming calls, book service and repair appointments, and schedule maintenance or warranty visits
• Track service calls to ensure timely and satisfactory customer service
• Communicate any delays or issues to customers
• Create service tickets and manage parts orders
• Perform additional duties as needed

Residential HVAC Service Dispatcher Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service and dispatching experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
• Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Accurate data entry skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Team player with diplomacy and tact
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism
