About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Administrator to join our award-winning team in Cairns. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role working 38 hours a week.

As a Service Administrator, you will:

• Provide Administration support to the Service team
• Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service to customers
• Achieve cost savings through effective use of resources
• Accurately create and manage purchase requisitions
• Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Supervisor
• Ensure customer feedback is used to influence process improvements
• Accurately manage data through Microsoft AX

About You
A successful teammate will have the following:

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar administrative role
• Previous exposure to mining/heavy equipment industries
• Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office systems and data bases
• Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence
