APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 124,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.
The Administration Support Officer offers general support to the entire credit function.
The objective of this role is to successfully support the Credit Team so that collections remain on track, queries from mercantile agencies are responded to in a timely manner and to support the Credit Manager in day-to-day duties.
The role is based in our Ultimo office, which is on Gadigal land.
As an Administration Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Assistance with the Credit Team inbox.
- Direct debit failure assistance.
- Maintaining client records.
- General support of the Credit Team as
required.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in debtor management.
- Intermediate Excel skills .
