Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Job Postings: Write and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are targeted and compelling.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring statuses.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
