About the Role: National Account Manager - Wholesalers
Are you ready to elevate your career by redefining business relationships and driving strategic growth? As our new National Account Manager – Wholesalers, you'll be an integral part of shaping our Route-to-Market strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Independents, you'll lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs), negotiate trading terms, and collaborate with key wholesalers like ALM, ILG, Paramount, and Liquid Mix. Your mission: enhance partnerships and ensure seamless operations across multiple touchpoints.
Where Will You Grow:
- Transform relationships with key Wholesale Partners through innovative JBPs and customer-centric engagement plans.
- Develop sophisticated stakeholder engagement strategies at national and state levels.
- Lead cross-functional teams as the Voice of the Customer across Finance, Supply, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence.
- Drive impactful initiatives that align with both Diageo's strategic objectives and those of our customers.
What Will You Bring:
- Significant experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods environments with expertise in Commercial or Supply functions.
- Proven track record to develop and manage complex customer engagement matrices across diverse partner groups.
- A flexible leadership style paired with strong communication skills for effective discussions with wholesalers and guiding field teams during key trading periods.
- High commercial acumen with demonstrated success in managing large P&Ls.
