Sr Translation Lead - Product Labeling (Hybrid) chez Insulet

Position Summary:

The Sr. Translation Lead will play a critical role to meet critical translation program deliverable dates. The Sr. Translation Lead will support multiple moderate to complex projects.  They will execute all aspects of the global translation process working with the translation vendors and key internal stakeholders for critical translation deliverables.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage planning and execution of translation project deliverables

·       Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure project plans, deliverables and prioritization are successfully implemented

·       Lead dedicated translation planning and process execution

·       Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for translation processes that support Product UI/Screens, Product Labeling, Advertising and Promotional Materials

·       Manages operational metrics and key process indicators for continuous improvements and visibility of program success

·       Participate in and support all product franchise and/or quality related program activities

·       Manages any questions or concerns that occur during translations projects

·       Monitors and provides status updates for project plans, project schedules in support of Product Labeling Project Managers

·       Prepares necessary presentation materials for vendor translations meetings. 

 

Education and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·       Minimum of 5 years translation project management work experience

·       A minimum of 5 years’ Healthcare/life sciences experience is required.

·       5 years’ experience working within a regulated industry

·       Working knowledge of key translation activities for medical device products is preferred

 

Skills/Competencies: 

·       Strong knowledge with MS Office, including Outlook, Project, and Visio.

·       Strong working knowledge and experience with translation vendors and translation management tools

·       Experience with document management systems, such as Agile PLM and SharePoint. 

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel

·       Ability to understand and communicate product and product translation knowledge.

·       Team player capable of working with and influencing cross-functional project teams.

·       Ability to multi-task, organize, judge priorities and provide guidance to other team members

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,925.00 - $139,387.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
