Sturbridge Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives as part of a supportive dental team.
Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA and infection control standards

Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures

Take and process dental X-rays

Review medical histories and update patient records accurately

Provide post-operative instructions and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and restock operatories as needed

Prepare patients for exams and treatments

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and deliver excellent patient experiences

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Valid and current MA State Dental Assistant License
- Current and valid X-ray Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes
- Proficient with Microsoft office and Practice Management Software
