Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people operations, employee engagement, and HR processes. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
- Coordinate communication between hiring managers and applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update job postings on career portals and internal databases.
- Help organize recruitment drives and participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Prepare welcome kits, system access, and induction schedules.
- Assist in the offboarding process, including exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and celebrations.
- Gather feedback from employees and contribute ideas to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- HR Administration & Documentation:
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and employment verifications.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with the HR and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory HR requirements.
- Performance Management Support:
- Assist in coordinating performance review cycles by collecting evaluations and tracking submissions.
- Help manage employee learning and development initiatives and maintain training records.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including employee headcount, attrition, and leave data.
- Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–1 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or internships in HR roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn and grow within the HR function.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
