Vermeer All Roads in Medina, OH is searching for a Heavy Equipment Service Advisor/Writer to join our awesome team! This role will act as the center of communications for equipment repairs between the customers and the dealership.
Schedule & Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 salary plus monthly commission. Store hours are Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent communication and customer focus
- Schedule appointments and generate estimates for customer repairs. CDK a plus!
- Advise customers of the appropriate maintenance required per manufacturer specifications
- Accurately document repair and service orders.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the internal technicians as well as external customers to encourage retention
- All other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience writing service in a computerized system
- Experience within heavy duty/heavy equipment environment a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively
