Care Manager - Ocean County - Part time - Hourly rate $43.00 - The areas highest quality behavioral healthcare providing care management services to clients which includes assessing and assisting with their needs and coordinating care in a warm and compassionate environment, 8 +/- hours per week, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - The Care Manager will follow through and assist clients with their plan of care, and coordinate care services ensuring that those we serve receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
- NJ driver’s license in good standing
- Possess insured vehicle to travel to and from clients’ homes
- Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner
- Ability to maintain composure under stress or in dealing with residents, staff, and families
- Flu vaccination required during flu season

Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants of both programs benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs.
