Our Member Service & Revenue Managers have high standards in leadership, ethics, service and image. This role is key to ensuring exceptional member experiences while driving revenue across multiple profit centers. They assist in the management of day-to-day club operations while ensuring the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of high employee and member satisfaction.
Our Member Service & Revenue Manager’s demonstrate a positive attitude and are highly developed in team-building efforts. They take pride in leading by example, training, motivating and developing direct reports to be a productive and team-oriented. They are strategic in the implementation and execution of company standards and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Club Manager in the oversight of club operations, business and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with the Club Manager to manage the financial performance of multiple departments through achievement of sales, revenue targets, expense management, proper planning and forecasting.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Hospitality and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding hospitality and operational excellence.
- Constantly monitor the level and quality of service through frequent customer interaction and club walk-throughs. Maintain a strong presence in the club, fostering relationships with members and supporting staff as a visible leader.
- Ensure all managed departments are properly trained and certified in emergency response. Systems, first aid and CPR.
- Inspecting the operating club to ensure proper preventative/routine maintenance mechanisms systems are in place to protect the membership and employees of the club.
What you are all about:
- You are open to a flexible schedule that may include a mix of morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
- You are enthusiastic and professional demeanor with the ability to provide effective leadership/management of multiple departments.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED); a Bachelor’s degree in business or fitness related field from a 4 year college or University is a plus.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in the fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry; experience in a health club environment in operations, fitness or sales is preferred, however this is not required.
- You have experience managing or supporting a profit center with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.
- You have a proven ability to generate new sales and convert prospects through effective relationship-building and consultative selling.
- You have a current CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to complete this upon hire.
- You are able to demonstrate experience in budget development and financial analysis.
- You have a high degree of self-organization, discipline and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all layers of management.
- You have computer literacy, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annually plus bonuses. Based on experience, qualifications and the club's success.
