We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO analyst, to support our Program Management Office (PMO) in defining and maintaining schedules, task/board management, and program controls monitoring and maintenance. This role will be key to organizing our New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, constantly interacting with highly technical and creative teams. The PMO analyst will support program managers in delivering excellence in program administration and reporting.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The PMO analyst will work with program managers to support the various NPI programs in the business unit. Main activities will include:
- Participate in elaborating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS) and task boards.
- Maintenance of these plans and facilitation of sprint meetings with project teams.
- Participate in creation and maintenance of program documentation.
- Participate in the elaboration of program metrics and drive the maintenance of these metrics.
- Participate in elaboration and maintenance of risk registers.
- Drive program performance reporting.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Technical/Science background preferred to facilitate interaction with technical teams.
- 3-5 years experience in similar responsibilities (e.g. scrum master, program administrator, program controller…)
- PMP certification or similar is a plus
Skills
- The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced & technical work environment.
- Strong written & verbal communication. (Ability to effectively present complex multi-faceted situations to decision makers).
- Strong time management skills with ability to rapidly switch from topic to topic.
- Detail oriented with a passion for organization.
- Proficient with schedule and task management software such as MS Project and Wrike, or similar.
Proficient with Agile project management, phase-gate project management and other common approaches.
Working Conditions
