Assistant Warehouse Supervisor 11:00am-7:00pm chez Norfolk Iron & Metal

Here are some things you'll be doing:

• Assist Supervisor, Lead when supervisor is off and develop your team to its full potential with emphasis of following all safety/company rules and regulations
• Trained to operate all equipment and fill in when necessary in various positions
• Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse
• Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time
• Will periodically conduct safety and training meetings
• Direct team towards goals in compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events
• Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment)
