GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Client Development Manager based in our Fort Lauderdale, Naples, or Tallahassee offices. The Client Development Manager reports to the Senior Client Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive experience working in a professional services organization; law firm experience is required.
The position is responsible for developing and implementing business development plans for assigned practices; coaching attorneys on pitch meeting strategies; developing client-specific presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses, as well as other client-facing materials; developing practice submissions for directories, databases, and other publications; collaborating with the Events Team to plan and execute business development events; collaborating with the Communications Team on speaker and story placement ideas in all relevant media outlets; and serving as a member of the integration team for new laterals joining the practice.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, are essential for this position. Successful candidates must possess strong time management and project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. The position also requires the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, as well as the ability to establish solid working relationships with diverse personalities across multiple offices.
