The work:

In this role, you will primarily work independently, handling Tier 3 production support tickets by efficiently resolving them within a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include communicating with team members and Tier 2 support desk agents to address reported issues, running queries in SQL Developer to identify and correct bad data, writing SQL scripts to rectify data discrepancies, and examining the functionality of code in PeopleSoft App Designer. Responsibilities include:

  • Independently handle Tier 3 production support tickets and close them out in a timely manner
  • Communicate with team members and Tier 2 support desk agents to address reported issues
  • Run queries in SQL Developer to identify and fix bad data
  • Write SQL scripts to correct bad data
  • Analyze code functionality in PeopleSoft App Designer

Here's What You Need:

  • Proficiency in SQL Developer and experience with PeopleSoft Financials 
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members and support desk agents 
  • Experience in running queries in SQL Developer, writing SQL scripts, and analyzing code in PeopleSoft App Designer 
  • Strong communication skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
