Employment Type: Salary – Exempt 

Work Location: Onsite, Distribution Center in Columbus, OH

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, + Occasional flex based on business needs 

Annual Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000

      

Luxe Brands is seeking a proactive and organized Distribution Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day logistics and operations execution at our distribution center in Columbus, Ohio. This position is responsible for overseeing our on-site distribution center team and managing the operational flow of inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and shipping processes. 

     

The ideal candidate thrives in execution, is energized by operational efficiency, and excels at managing people, process, and pace. This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who’s excited by structure, speed, and scaling systems in a high-growth environment. 

     

This role reports directly to the Head of Operations and plays a key part in ensuring that all inventory, from private label to consignment and buy-out merchandise is handled with accuracy and care from receipt through fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily distribution center operations: receiving, fulfillment, packing, and shipping 
  • Manage the distribution center team and Bridal Operations Specialist 
  • Lead weekly departmental meetings, assigning responsibilities and managing accountability 
  • Build a high-performing team culture focused on accuracy, ownership, and improvement 
  • Track daily output, identifying bottlenecks or breakdowns in fulfillment workflows 
  • Monitor shipment quality and escalate issues when needed 
  • Maintain and report on key operational metrics 
  • Lead, manage and hold team accountable. 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management 
  • 2+ years of experience with overseeing and leading direct reports. 
  • 2+ years of experience in training and professional development. 
  • 2+ years of conducting performance reviews and corrective actions. 
  • Proven ability to navigate and improve existing operational systems 
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English to effectively interact with clients and team members 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail 
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel between store locations in company van) 
  • Comfortable lifting 45 lbs+ (boxes, mannequins, racks, etc.) 
  • Successful completion of a background check. 

   

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or other product-based fulfillment environments 
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms 
  • Exposure to inventory management systems and barcoding workflows 
  • Microsoft Teams proficiency 
  • Experience in a growing or high-change business environment
