Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with the leadership team to establish an HR agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement. Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and guidance on human capital management - workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives Collaborate with Regional teams & COEs to enhance Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Onboarding Processes to ensure cross-utilization of information and projects and optimal functioning of the People team. Work with relevant stakeholders to create a compelling strategy for DP World to be recognized as a Brand in the Technology community
Talent Management & Organization Development:
Oversee talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing. Drive initiatives to support the Group Technology’s HR strategy and functional business plans by developing, implementing and monitoring the workforce planning processes to ensure leadership continuity and a continued supply of high talent team members, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Counsel managers and staff on development opportunities, career mobility and advancement, as well as organizational development, training, compensation, and programs to support corporate initiatives.
Change Management:
Lead HR’s role in organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement within the organization basis regular focus group sessions, one on one and skip level meetings, and smooth transitions. Support the organization through periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation. Ensure all the managers are equipped and able to deliver the annual recurring people management requirements.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes that align with the company’s goals and encourage continuous improvement. Ensure that performance evaluations are fair, transparent, and linked to compensation and rewards, in alignment with the company’s rewards practices.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR policies and identify areas for improvement. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and reports. Ensure the compliance of DP World’s health, safety and environmental legislation.
Employee Engagement:
Manage complex employee issues, providing expert advice and solutions that support both the business and its employees. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment across all levels, ensure deeper engagement and continuous and proactive problem solving. Conduct dipstick surveys to understand the pulse of the business unit and construct action plans to address concerns.

HR Processes & Technology:
Lead the continuous improvement of the adoption of HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Ensure HR processes are streamlined, effective, and aligned with business needs. Ensure timely redressal of employees’ grievances and compliances with all applicable laws. Carry out routine management of employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling.
HR Analytics:
Continuously analyze data to identify drivers of engagement, opportunities for improvement, automation and innovation to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Synthesize findings, prepare reports and presentations alongside the reporting & analytics team to present findings and action plans to all of management. Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
Others:
Any other responsibility/ task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.
