The Finance Executive - Receivables is responsible for managing the company’s billing process and debt collection, ensuring accurate processing & posting of invoices, timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining positive relationships with clients & internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the company’s cash flow and overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with agreed terms and contracts.
  • Perform the initial review of new client contracts from a finance point of view, and set up the invoice calculations - linking in with credit control and the KPI processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ledger to identify overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and payment reminders.
  • Process customer payments (bank transfers) and reconcile them against invoices.
  • Record financial transactions in the accounting system with high accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing aging reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
  • Collaborate with the commercial and client management service teams to resolve issues and billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in improving AR processes, including automation and reporting improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Monthly Game provider and Jackpot reconciliations.
  • Be responsible for Revenue related 
  • Audit related tasks as applicable.
  • Liaising with the Treasury team and Payables team
  • Other Adhoc tasks and reports that are needed.



Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficient in the Ms Office suite with particular focus on Ms. Excel
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while at the same time being a team player
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Highly organised
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a Gaming Environment will be considered an asset
  • Exposure to ERP systems and process automation tools will be considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
