This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, and is passionate about building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, pitching top talent to Team Leads, scheduling interviews, and serving as a strong ambassador for Neostella—both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding — for BPO and staffing roles.
- Role focus: Hire for key positions such as Customer Support Specialists, Case Managers, Medical Records Requestors, Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and other roles as client needs evolve.
- Sourcing excellence: Use creative sourcing methods to attract active and passive talent across various platforms.
- Candidate experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience — with timely communication, feedback, and transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Team Leads, Delivery Managers, and the People & Engagement team across the U.S. and Colombia to align hiring priorities and resourcing needs.
- Data-driven recruiting: Maintain accurate, detailed candidate records in our ATS and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Adaptability: Jump in where needed — we’re a growing, fast-moving organization where collaboration and flexibility are key.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a BPO, staffing, or shared services environment
- Experience hiring for the legal industry is preferred but not required
- Proven success managing high-volume pipelines and filling roles across multiple skill sets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating with international teams
- Highly organized with a proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
- B2 level of English or better is required
