We are looking for a highly organised and creative Events Marketing Specialist to plan, run and manage events that strengthen Triskele Labs' brand, deepen client relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
This role owns the end-to-end event process across Australia from concept through to execution and post-event follow-up. You will develop engaging, high-impact events such as roundtables, webinars, and client engagement experiences (for example AFL Finals, racing events, exclusive dinners, and other bespoke activations).
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs), you will play a key role in positioning Triskele Labs as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
Interstate travel will be required to setup and coordinate events.
Requirements
Event Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute an annual calendar of strategic events across Australia.
- Identify and design event opportunities that support new business development, customer engagement and brand building.
- Coordinate small, high-impact customer engagement events, including executive roundtables, partner events and industry webinars.
Event Execution
- Manage logistics end to end, including venues, catering, speakers, run sheets and branding.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events with precision and professionalism.
- Oversee event setup, registration and on-the-day coordination.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring ROI is measured and reported.
Marketing and Promotion
- Create event materials including invitations, landing pages and promotional campaigns.
- Manage attendee lists, RSVPs and communications pre and post-event.
- Collaborate with SDRs to fill events with the right mix of prospects and clients.
- Support BDMs with post-event follow-up campaigns and reporting.
Collaboration and Reporting
- Work with internal stakeholders to align events with marketing and sales goals.
- Provide post-event reports with metrics, feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Build relationships with key partners, suppliers and venues to deliver exceptional experiences.
About You
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in technology or professional services.
- Proven experience planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh, engaging ideas to client events.
