About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Research Analyst to join our Investment Solutions & Oversight (ISO) team. This centralised function supports Perpetual Group’s diverse investment boutiques, working closely with Sales, Product, and Distribution teams to deliver high-quality investment artefacts, insights, and analysis.

As an Investment Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our distribution and client service efforts. You’ll assist in the creation and management of pitch books, RFPs, DDQs, and technical sales materials, while delivering timely and accurate investment data and commentary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ISO, Sales, and Investment teams to produce and update pitch books and product artefacts.

  • Provide accurate data and insights for Research Houses, Asset Consultants, and client reviews.

  • Respond to technical and information requests from Distribution teams.

  • Create bespoke and standard competitor analyses using Morningstar Direct, Factset, and internal systems.

  • Assist Investment Specialists in delivering regular portfolio updates and insights.

  • Support the completion of RFPs and DDQs with tailored, high-quality responses.

  • Maintain and write FSC Fund documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate qualifications (or currently studying) in Finance or a related field are desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; VBA skills required

  • High attention to detail.

  • Some experience in investment management or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to support out-of-hours work when required
