About the team and the role: Goldin is seeking a Product Strategy Lead to drive strategic initiatives by maintaining our backlog, developing comprehensive business requirements, and collaborating with product management on planning and roadmap development. This role acts as the business counterpart to product management, ensuring alignment between business objectives and product strategies. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to coordinate the launch of new features, ensuring seamless execution and integration across departments.
What you will accomplish:
- Develop and articulate a product strategy for the business that aligns with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product management to facilitate planning sessions and contribute to roadmap development.
- Maintain and prioritize the business backlog, ensuring strategic business goals and priorities are at the forefront.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to launch new features, ensuring alignment and readiness across all departments.
- Develop and refine business requirements documents (BRDs) enable the translation of business objectives into actionable product specifications.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between business stakeholders and product teams, driving successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and timeline adherence, proactively addressing discrepancies or roadblocks.
- Conduct regular reviews of business requirements with stakeholders to ensure continued relevance and accuracy.
- Prepare strategic planning materials, including data summaries and trend analysis, to support informed decision-making.
- Act as a senior liaison between business and product teams, fostering strong partnerships and mutual understanding.

Qualification Preferences:
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, product management, or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing product strategies within a business context.
- Familiarity with product management processes and tools is advantageous.
- Experience in a business environment requiring close collaboration with product teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and provide actionable insights.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and strategic planning processes.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$108,400 - $186,400Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
