Position: Service BDC Representative
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

As a BDC Representative with our professional Porsche service team, you will be following-up and providing customer service by phone and online to our valued Porsche clients. Some specific BDC duties include:

• Handle incoming and outgoing service calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments and answer customer inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, service needs, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments using our CRM system.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Managers to ensure smooth service operations.
• Promote the exceptional customer experience that Suncoast Porsche is known for.

What We're Looking For:

In this role, you will be contacting and handling incoming inquiries from Porsche owners. Automotive knowledge, especially for Porsche, is helpful but not required. The skills we are looking for are:

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• A positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Experience in a BDC, call center, or automotive service role is a plus.
