Position Summary

A professional care provider who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of pediatric to later adult patient populations, providing care through the continued utilization of the nursing process in collaboration with other health care team members.

Physical Requirements

• Medium work- Exert up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
• Stand for 2-4 hours per day
• Sit for 2-3 hours per day
• Walk for 5-6 hours per day
• Perform repetitive tasks/motions
• Distinguish colors
• Hear alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice
• Have good manual dexterity
• Have good eye/hand/foot coordination
• Have clarity of vision: Mid (>20=-<20=)
