💼 What You’ll Do

As Program Director, you will oversee the daily operations and compassionate care provided at Mary’s Haven. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a caring team of staff and volunteers

  • Evaluate and admit potential residents and support their families

  • Develop and coordinate individual care plans with hospice professionals

  • Ensure 24/7 program coverage using volunteers and per diem staff

  • Provide or coordinate spiritual and emotional support

  • Maintain accurate program records and communication

  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)

  • 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations

  • Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

  • Comfort with medical settings, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids


🕒 Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: 28 hours/week

  • Pay range: $26.00 – $27.00 per hour

  • Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required based on program needs
