OPEN POSITIONS

Job Title: ELEMENTARY EDUCATION TEACHERS
Reports To: Building Principal/ Supervisor, or other administrator if needed
Effective date: 12/05/2025 or sooner
Salary Range: Candidates will be placed on guide according to qualifying experience ($62,289 - $104,889)

Health Benefits: The Neptune Township School District participates in the New Jersey School Employees’ Health Benefits Program for medical benefits. See link for more information. Position Summary: The above contractual positions are available for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

New Jersey Elementary School Teacher Certificate
Experience with Google Tools for Education preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: See attached Job Description (job description should be added in Recruiting and Hiring)
Technology Skills: Ability to be proficient in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.
Evaluation of Performance: Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the New Jersey Administrative Code and Board of Education policy.
Terms of Employment: 10 Month Contract. Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement. See above for specific salary information.
