Duties & Responsibilities
Perform duties within the PM Cargo – Chinook International product office providing human resource expertise to
Product Directors and supervisors in the areas of onboarding, compensation, training and development, performance
management, and compliance activities.
- Conducts, coordinates, plans, analyzes and evaluates administrative practices and procedures.
- Provides input in planning and management studies necessitated by program and organizational changes.
- Monitors the expenditure of office funds (travel, equipment, consumable supplies, training) to include various supplemental accounts and keeps the supervisor advised of the status of the operating budget and alert to critical areas.
- Helps managers to identify work processes and the personnel requirements, resources and services needed to ensure the effective use of manpower, money and materials to support the mission and the readiness of the command.
- Plans and completes special projects and assignments such as fact-finding on proposed personnel actions and developing structural change packages.
- Maintains organizational manpower listing to include change of title, organization and function review and change, resource reallocation and additional manpower requirements.
- Oversees performance management and awards activities.
- As required, obtains and provides data and other information on Human Resource Management activities as requested by CPAC, CPOC, PEO, and management.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years or Master’s Degree with 10 years
