Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for an experienced leader with at least 7+ years in construction or a construction-related industry and a proven ability to drive growth through sales and operations. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on operational leadership, and the ability to scale a specialized service business.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 7+ years of comprehensive experience in construction or construction-related fields, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of and experience in installations and service delivery, ideally with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other mechanical system backgrounds.

• Business Development Acumen: Proven success in direct sales, client relationship management, and expanding service offerings.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in building and leading teams, fostering a productive culture, and ensuring successful project execution.

• Financial & Business Management: Experience with P&L oversight, budgeting, and strategic planning to maximize profitability.

• Licensing & Regulatory Understanding: A General Contracting license is strongly preferred, and an electrical license for commercial and residential work is an additional advantage. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety protocols (OSHA), and best practices is also essential.
