What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist who can be the welcoming face of our HQ—no pressure, right? 😊 This role is all about creating a great first impression for visitors while supporting our team behind the scenes. The right person will go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and staff have what they need to thrive. With plenty happening at the reception, we need someone who’s great at multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the superpower of staying cool under pressure.
What you'll do:
- Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner to ensure great customer service experience.
- Management and ordering of office supplies.
- Stock common areas including conference rooms, multiple supply areas, mailroom, and break room.
- Execute basic upkeep duties of kitchen, breakrooms, supply rooms, and other common areas. Ensuring all are properly maintained with supplies, are clean, and organized.
- Assist and help facilitate corporate activities that take place both inside and outside of the workplace.
- Execute office management activities including badge access and security compliance for employees and visitors.
- Shipping, receiving, and sorting of mail and deliveries.
- Partner and assist with special projects for HR, IT, Compliance, and other departments as needed.
- Assist our call center team during peak days/times; taking inbound calls to schedule appointments with a high focus on providing excellent customer service on each call.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant – preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Work environment and physical requirements:
Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
