Job Summary - Responsible for pulling inventory and moving stock and other materials to fulfill orders. Supply production lines with all items needed for the assembly of production orders in a timely manner with the instruction of the Production Lead. Ensures all products in master cartons is always of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow standard procedures.
- Ability to understand production schedule and adapt to changes of schedule.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Bring all raw materials to the production workstation prior to the start time of the production job according to schedule.
- Replenish all workstations with proper material, including all machines.
- Prepare implements in bins per job requirement to have them ready for assembly.
- Check quality of all items against sample, raise any issue to lead/supervisor/manager.
- Maintain 6S in work environment by ensuring workstation is always neat and orderly.
- Understand and comply with warehouse safety rules and guidelines; wear protective supplies when necessary.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, under supervision.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend during work. Will be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs. when necessary.
- Ability to be cross trained.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

The expected base salary for this position is estimated. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, budget, and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in the company's profit-sharing program.
